Appointments

• The allocated time for each appointment is roughly 60 mins and £40 per session
• A cancellation period of at least 24 hrs before due treatment is appreciated.  
  
  A medical history will be taken on your first treatment and a list of current medication is needed.
  The treatment is done through light clothing - so please wear loose fitting clothing.   

• A course of 3 treatments over a period of 3-4 weeks are normally recommended.
• We ask that you dont have any other bodywork whilst on a course of Bowen. We will discuss this at the first appointment.
  

About Gus de la Querra

Gus has been in  the Health and Fitness industry for over 20 years. He qualified in Exercise in Fitness studies through the Exercise Teachers Association (ETA) based at the Sports Science Institute, Cape Town, South Africa.
After relocating to the UK he qualified in Sports Massage Therapy through Sports Therapy UK, based at the University of Luton.
Whilst practising massage he obtained certificates in Ultra Sound treatment and Hot Stone Therapy. He also regularly provided treatments at the London Marathon.

He qualified in the Bowen technique in 2005 through the European College of Bowen Studies (ECBS). He decided to change his massage hat for that of a Bowen therapist after witnessing the effects and success of this soft tissue technique.
A self proclaimed workshop junkie, his learning experience regularly includes the dissection of human forms at medical training hospitals in London.
